Maintenance Technician

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN NEEDED Pays Description: We are looking for maintenance engineers to perform a variety of preventative duties, general construction and property upkeep. Will drive to the shop and ride shotgun with a senior employee. 22 total properties all across the metro (St. Paul, Oakdale, Brooklyn Center, Hugo, Coon Rapids, Burnsville). 8AM start time, M-F. Job duties: -Maintain, repair and troubleshoot building equipment and systems -Maintain and repair commercial buildings (carpentry, plumbing, appliances, unit turnovers) -Could perform a variety of wiring, lightbulb changing, door repairs -Interact with customers/clients Skills: Facilities maintenance, Troubleshooting, Preventive maintenance, Repair, Construction, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Carpentry Additional Skills & Qualifications: Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Preferred Boilers and HVAC certifications preferred Experience Level: Entry Level About Aerotek: We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
